AQUADEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is manufactured in a climate controlled, State of the Art facility, Our Diesel Exhaust Fluid’s making plant maintains complete contaminate control in every phase of production.
 
AQUADEF Diesel Exhaust Fluid stands out in the market as it is exclusively produced using highly purified technical grade urea sourced solely from GNFC. This fluid is manufactured under strictly controlled, clean conditions using ultra de-mineralized water. It undergoes a triple filtration process and adheres to stringent quality controls to ensure superior performance.
 
AQUADEF confirms the DEF product manufactured by us meets highest quality as per international standards.

1. High quality technical grade lower biuret urea (NH2CONH2) used with quality standard meets ISO22241.  Specifications for technical grade urea :

• Nitrogen: 46%

• Moisture: 0.5%

• Biuret: 0.8%

• Free ammonia: 0.015% or 150 ppm

• Ammonium salt (as NH3): 6

• Iron: 0.0002% or 2 ppm

• pH of 10% solution: 7–9.0

• Melting point: 131–133°C

 
2. DI water electric conductivity less than 0.1US/CM much better than ISO 22241 standard.
 
3. Concentration automatically managed using state of the art computer controlled process automation equipment’s at 32.5%, which qualified with ISO22241 standard 31.8%-33.2%
